By creating an Otto account or using the service, you agree to these Terms & Conditions and our Privacy Policy. If you don't agree, please don't use Otto.
You must be at least 13 years old to create an account. You're responsible for keeping your password safe and for activity that happens under your account. Households may include children added by a parent or guardian.
Don't use Otto to harass, threaten, or harm others, to send spam, to violate any law, or to interfere with the service. We may suspend or close accounts that break these rules.
Program description. Otto offers an optional text-message service that lets you send notes, todos, grocery items, calendar events, and "for later" links to your household, and receive reminders and notifications by text.
Consent. By providing your mobile number and verifying it inside Otto, you agree to receive recurring automated text messages from Otto at that number. Consent is not a condition of using Otto — you can use the app without enabling SMS.
Message frequency. Message frequency varies based on your activity and household notifications.
Message and data rates. Message and data rates may apply, depending on your mobile plan.
Help. Reply HELP to any Otto text for assistance, or email support@myotto.app.
Opt out. Reply STOP to any Otto text to unsubscribe at any time. After you reply STOP, you'll receive one confirmation text and then no further messages. To start again, re-enable SMS in Otto's settings or reply START.
Carriers. Supported carriers include AT&T, Verizon, T-Mobile, Sprint, US Cellular, and most other US carriers. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
Privacy. See our Privacy Policy for how we handle phone numbers and message content. We will never share your mobile number with third parties for their marketing.
You keep ownership of the content you put into Otto (lists, events, notes, messages). You grant Otto a limited license to store and display that content to you and the members of your household so the service can work.
We may add, change, or remove features over time. We'll try to give notice of meaningful changes. Otto is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind.
To the maximum extent allowed by law, Otto and its operators are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.
